What it takes to get your venue running.
Re-upload the amended BEO and BanquetAssist reconciles it against the original. Each change (count, timing, menu) lands on the live timeline with a name and a time, and nothing overwrites the plan until you approve it. Your team sees what’s different the moment it’s applied.
Most do, because there’s nothing to learn. The timeline shows what’s next for their role on whatever phone or tablet they already carry. No app install, no login chase. We onboard your team personally during your first events.
Most venues are live in under a day. Upload a sample BEO, invite your team, and the timeline, requests, and recaps are ready to use. We handle onboarding personally during beta.
No. BanquetAssist reads standard PDFs and scanned images (JPG/PNG). Details are extracted automatically. Keep building BEOs the way you do today.
No app. Guests scan the room’s QR code with their phone camera and submit requests straight to your on-duty staff. Hosts join event chat the same way: one link, no install.
Yes. The whole app is built mobile-first. Service blocks, tasks, and requests all work on a phone in your apron pocket.

How BanquetAssist scales across properties.
Multi-venue organizations are supported with role-based permissions. Managers see all properties; staff see only the events they’re assigned. Venue Memory is kept per property. Patterns don’t bleed between locations.
Yes. Permissions are scoped per organization and per venue. A bartender at one property won’t see events from another.
Yes. Concurrent events in different rooms each get their own timeline, chat, and request queue. Captains see across all events; staff see what they’re assigned to.

What it costs and what to expect.
Free for the first 60 days while we onboard our early venues. No credit card required. We’re finalizing long-term pricing based on what’s actually working, and early venues keep preferential rates when we set it.
We’ll publish pricing once it’s set. Early venues hear from us first and get smooth-transition pricing.
No per-user fees right now. Invite your entire team (captains, servers, bartenders, AV, kitchen) at no extra cost.
Yes. We expect to introduce paid plans. Early venues lock in their rates. We’ll give you plenty of notice before anything changes.
Data & Security
How your data is protected, and that it stays yours.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256 via Supabase). Access is role-based, sensitive admin actions are audit-logged, and tenant isolation is enforced server-side.
No. Your event data is never used to train AI models. Venue Memory is per-tenant. Your patterns inform your venue, never anyone else’s.
Yes. Ask us and we’ll hand you a full export of your events, BEOs, recaps, and guest data. Recaps export to PDF in-app today; self-serve full export is on the roadmap. Your data is yours.
Account deletion is available on request. We don’t hold your data hostage. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
Early Access
What it’s like being an early venue right now.
We’re in early access with a small group of venues. Early access lasts until we’ve learned enough to confidently set pricing and ship a stable v1. Likely months, not weeks.
Tell us. We usually fix things within a day. Early venues talk directly with the team building the product, and your feedback shapes the roadmap.
Yes. Significant changes are announced by email before they ship. Pricing changes get extra notice: at least 30 days.
